Attorney Brenda J Pannell has over 25 years of legal experience. The first 14 years of her legal career she practiced as a civil defense attorney, representing an insurance company, and thereafter, the County of Los Angeles, where she litigated medical malpractice, wrongful death, elder abuse, employment, and personal injury cases.

In 2009, Attorney Pannell realized her skills, experience and expertise would be better served advocating for people- - not hospitals, doctors or the insurance industry- and since that time she has successfully represented clients: who have suffered serious injury or death as a result of medical malpractice; who have or have loved ones who have been neglected in nursing homes or while in hospice care; who have been wrongfully terminated ,sexually harassed and/or discriminated against in the workplace; or, who have been injured in an automobile collision.

Attorney Pannell received her Bachelor of Arts degree from UCLA and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Maryland-Baltimore. She is licensed to practice law in the State of California, and admitted to practice in the Central and Eastern District Courts of California.
